report a problem

If you are using a TestFlight build, send feedback through TestFlight so the report includes your screenshot, device, and build number.

email works too, it just gets there with less context: [email protected].

what is worth telling me

• a river that got stuck, or a valley you could not finish. the seed and valley number from the header help enormously.
• anything that read as unfair rather than hard.
• a rule you had to guess at, or a moment the game did not explain itself.
• crashes and anything that appears broken on your device or screen size.

current beta limitations

Testing builds may change balance, audio, art, and rules between releases. Check the TestFlight build notes for limitations specific to your version.

getting the beta

Riverling is in TestFlight now. It is free, and it requires an iPhone or iPad running iOS 17 or later. Join here. If the invite says the beta is full, every seat is taken for now. Email me and I will tell you when more open up.

Riverling has no developer-operated account, analytics, advertising, or gameplay-data server. The privacy page explains the optional Apple services used by the app.
